Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.
The booking will only be confirmed after we receive the deposit.

The remaining 70% must be paid at least 7 days before the scheduled golf session.
If the booking is made within 7 days, full payment is required immediately.

If the balance is not paid within the deadline, the booking may be automatically canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Late payments within 7 days are subject to availability and may include a 10% late payment fee if made within 3 days of the session.
If the slot is no longer available, the payment (excluding the deposit) will be refunded or used for future bookings.

Yes. You may reschedule once free of charge by notifying us at least 72 hours before the scheduled round.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking fee.
No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.

Yes. The player is responsible for the golf pro’s green fee.
It will either be included in the total booking price or paid directly at the course.

If the course is open but you choose not to play, no refunds will be issued.
If the course is officially closed, you may reschedule free of charge.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Supporting documents may be required.

• Our caddies are carefully selected, young, fit, and know how to entertain and keep the game lively.
• For night golf, they can also enjoy drinks with you upon request to make the evening more enjoyable.
• Please note: Caddie selection is handled by our team to ensure the best match for your experience.
• The minimum tip for special caddies is 1,000-2,000 THB, and you are welcome to offer more if you are especially impressed.
• This cost will be included in your total booking price for your convenience.

Rescheduling (Free of Charge)
You may reschedule your golf round free of charge, provided that you notify us at least 72 hours before your original tee time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability of lady companions, golf course, and other services.

Cancellation (Partial Refund)
If cancellation is necessary and you are unable to attend your golf session, we completely understand. A partial refund will be processed.

However, a portion of your payment will be retained to cover service preparation and compensation for the reserved lady companions and special caddie who had set aside their time for your booking.

Lady Companion Booking

• Booking Price: 6,000 THB
• Cancellation Fee (Compensation): 2,500 THB
• Refundable Amount: 3,500 THB

Special Caddie Booking

• Booking Price: 1,000-2,000 THB
• Cancellation Fee (Compensation): 500-1,000 THB
• Refundable Amount: 500-1,000THB
